The recruiter contacted me within 24 hours of receiving my resume. My interview was scheduled for 2 days later. My interview was with a gentleman in Russia. He is the Global head of sales but his English skills made the interview very difficult. He admitted to not understanding my technical skills due to the language barrier. Not the best person to do an interview for a position in the states.
