Interview
The first round of interview with the hiring manager, second round with one of the support engineers and the hiring manager, third round with the head of the support department. Studied their product a bit, questions about basic networking concepts, windows server troubleshooting, stuff like that.

Easy interview doesn't require alot of technical knowledge to take it,
soon I got in the interviewer started by asking tell me who you are, then some technical questions 4 of them.
