      Events Manager Interview

      Sep 9, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Boston, MA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Acronis (Boston, MA) in Aug 2021

      Interview

Initial phone screening with HR - which was good. The next day scheduled a zoom with two on the marketing team - they asked about my background and shared a lot about the position, schedule and expectations. Zoom was over an hour and very good - I left that call with moderate expectations of the next step in the process. Sent a thank you and look forward to hearing from you email etc. A couple days later received an auto-generated email saying you are not going further in the process. Very low level treatment IMO a two line email from a human would have been better. Do better Acronis - we are all busy and navigating this new way to do interviews. I respected your process / timeframe at least communicate in a professional and respectful way...I may not be a future employee but who knows I may have been a future customer.
