Very smooth process.
Had to perform interview at 5 AM because HR was in Bulgaria and had large time change.
People were very friendly and professional to work with.
I did not get any feedback from them why I did not proceed in the process although they said I should hear back regarding that shortly.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Acronis (New York, NY) in Sep 2022
Interview
5 interviews in a period of over a month where you talk to various teams. First 2 are just to get to know you(i feel like it can be reduced to 1 only). 2 technical interviews where the first one is a document you have to study before hands, pretty easy. Second is more about your technical skills. Never asked a single coding question, which is odd, just regular problem solving. Although I enjoyed talking to all team members, the last one got me sour where the vice president barely look interested in conducting the interview. It is pretty much irrelevant to do 4 previous interviews when the final decision comes to a 25-30 min chit-chat with the vice president who look uninterested anyway. It looks like you are bothering him. Such a waste of time to do 4 interviews and then leaving it to 1 person who weren't there to the previous interviews to see your performance. It is also disappointing to receive a generic email after 3 days to tell you "sorry , we didn't select you" when during the entire process, they assure you to give you feedback and will try to find you a position that fit your needs. I don't think this process is really narrowing down a perfect candidate for it. anyway, goodluck Acronis!
