      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Acronis (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Aug 2024

      Interview

Interview process chaotic! I applied first, then recruiter contacted me to share my availability for the interview. I shared , but my availability was totally ignored, and she sent me confirmation with time/date I didn't share. This happened for all three stages I participated in. Then when there was a time to have a video call with the recruiter she sent me different time and to have a call via phone. She was late for that call but immediately moved me to the next stage with a colleague from the team. That second interview went well and I was really into the position because that colleague seemed really good to work with. I was scheduled with a call with VP. When I was to have a call with VP, 20 minutes prior to the call the recruiter writes me to have to reschedule due to VP having some other meeting. Then two weeks later, I had a call with VP. No sorry from her for rescheduling last minute, no smile, nothing, she asked which colleague interviewed me, it was obvious she had no idea who she was meeting and didn't care. Complained a lot about how she expects from this position not to have personal connection with C-level executives and asked if I have kids. Last call was a very unpleasant experience with VP and overall interview process was very unpleasant and chaotic not respecting future employee's time.
