I had an initial interview with the Talent Manager, which was fine, though not many details were shared about the role itself.
The follow-up interview with the Hiring Manager went quite well from my perspective. They came across as very friendly, and the conversation focused more on my hobbies and people management experience, rather than asking about specifics around marketing campaigns.
After that, there was a two-month period of silence, followed by a rejection email stating they were looking for someone with more end-to-end campaign experience. Interestingly, this topic was never discussed during the interviews and my CV clearly outlines substantial experience in that area.
The role has since been re-posted, which makes me wonder if they have a clear idea of what they're actually looking for.
