Don't waste your time.
Like others applying for marketing roles, I was called forward to a few interviews, and then heard nothing back. I followed up with the recruiter on email 2 weeks after I interviewed with the hiring manager. 2 more weeks later and I've still had no response from the recruiter.
I also didn't like that when I told them my base salary expectation, they explained compensation would be a mix of base and performance-related bonus, and tried to force me to accept a lower base figure using that idea.
It sounds like a good company, although my advice would be don't waste your time and apply elsewhere.

Interview
Met with recruiter, Director then a VP. All were polite and friendly. I found some of their questions a bit out of the box at times but a pleasant experience nonetheless.
