Acronis interview questions

4 rounds in total. 1st round: some general questions with manager, not too much to say 2nd round: technical interview. 2 coding questions: Reverse linklist and merge sorted list. Some other bug fix questions. 3rd round: interview with higher manager. Still general questions. Everything went quite well so far. Although the interviewer gave a quite positive review of my coding skill (I managed to solve all the problems within less than 1hr, which was scheduled for 1.5hr), HR told me to do one more techinical interview with another team lead. The funny thing is this new team lead asked exactly the same questions as in the 2nd round. He said he is from another team and was asked by higher manager to assess me again and planed to recuite me in his team, which is a different role as the one I applied. After this 4th interview, HR asked me about my expectation salary and then offered me a package which is far below my expection. The most funny thing is HR said that I have to do a test task to get this poor package.

it has first Tr round, there afer hr round will be there. if first round cleared, then hr will call you for next round in 1 week. The entire process is smooth
