Interview
I was contacted by the HR team for an initial interview and was then referred to speak with the IT Director. The conversation went well, but after that, the recruiter completely ghosted me. I sent polite follow-ups via email, LinkedIn, and even WhatsApp, but never received any reply.
It would have been perfectly fine if I wasn’t selected all I expected was basic communication and respect. Ignoring candidates after interviews shows a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. Honestly, I’m thankful things didn’t move forward, because if this is how the company treats people during the hiring process, I can only imagine what it’s like to work there.
