Interview
The interview process was awkward. This was for their new office. They bring you to hotel room and sit you in a small room with 3 or 4 interviewers at different tables. You will go around the world and visit every table and they ask you similar questions in all the tables. Unfortunately, they cannot answer some of the tough questions I post for them on how they are different than other competitors, and how they are looking to continue to grow.

Question 1
"I have a stack of resumes. Why would I hire you"?
2 interviews with management. One interview included bringing in someone from the sales team to ask me additional questions. Mostly probing to see if I would fit their current culture. Also asked to provide a quick demo of the software.
Interview was quick, the process was great. Clearly a startup as some of their processes weren't defined. I met with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager and a rep was in the interview, which was rather weird.
