4 step interview process. Initially had 2 phone interviews with an internal recruiter. The first interview was a 10 minute introduction call for them to understand your experience and interest in the position. During the 2nd phone interview, the recruiter walked through my resume and asked behavioral questions. The 3rd interview was a Microsoft Teams meeting with the Director of Market Operations. It lasted around an hour and was more conversational. The 4th and final interview was an in-person half day shadow where I was paired with a recruiter to see what their morning looks like and was interviewed by Account Managers. In this interview, they are looking to see your personality, if you're capable of selling, and overall gain your commitment to the position long-term. The whole interview process took 2-3 weeks.
