Sent in a resume and cover letter, they got back to me within three days. They have you take an assessment that involves math, fill in the blanks, etc. and a personality test. If you do well, they contact you via skype and call you in for an interview. The interview itself was more informal than I'm used to. Lots of young people working in the office. They review your resume and ask you some pretty standard interview type questions.
