Do Not Accept the Offer to Travel to them! It's a slow and antiquated process. Acuity needs to embrace and implement innovation. I applied in April and received the final decision by July. Started with recruiter reaching out for virtual interview, second round virtual interview with hiring managers and peer, final on-site interview with leadership team. Company paid travel expenses and reimburse personal expenses. A month later and I still haven't received my reimbursement payment. It takes days for the recruiter to follow-up with payment updates, still no check. Unacceptable and unnecessary financial burden. After the excruciatingly slow interview process the team refused my request for feedback.
I do hope other's have a better experience but I wouldn't recommend.

Interview
Those I spoke with were friendly. My main concern is the very long wait to hear if you're moving on to the next round or interview or not. The recruiter was very direct and sent an email stating they were still reviewing candidates, but the wait, over two weeks, each time from one phase to the next was very long.
