I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Acuity Insurance (Sheboygan, WI) in May 2019
Interview
Extremely long process and doesnt really consider prior experience to salary and title. I had 2.5 years prior experience yet it was not considered. There was no conversation about compensation, just a base pay.
Received an email asking to set up a phone interview. Was asked a few questions about my experience and skills. The interviewer was very kind and gave some good insight about the company and the position.
