I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Addepar (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for this role. She then expected me to manage her calendar for her and try to find a slot in her virtually jam-packed schedule. Squeezing myself into her very limited availability became a challenge with my schedule due to very few options. When I asked about the salary range for the role (to make sure we weren't wasting each other's time), she refused to give any info and said I would need to go through a lengthy interview process before any of that would be divulged. Due to the lack of respect from the very beginning, I chose not to proceed with the process. Hopefully they get better recruiters to represent the company.

Question 1
Are you interested in hearing more about the role?
Thank you for your candid feedback. Our recruiters schedules are very busy because we do have a lot of roles open. I'm certain who you worked with tried their best to accommodate your busy schedule as well. Also, regarding your request for salary data for the role, until we assess a candidates level its difficult for us to be exact on a salary range. We prefer to leave it open until we can assess knowledge, skills and abilities of candidates as we have flexibility within the scope of some roles including the one you applied for. We don't want to under or over estimate the range. Thanks again for your feedback.
