Applied online. Received a response within a few days scheduling a phone interview. It was a fairly straightforward phone interview with no real out of the blue questions. I was told that they'd get back to me within a week or two to let me know if they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. I thought the interview went well, and the person I spoke with was kind and did a good job of interviewing me. She gave me her email and told me to let her know if I had any questions. Apparently I didn't get the job, since I never heard another word from Adswerve. I sent an email the day after the interview thanking them for the opportunity, as well as an email a few weeks after the interview, and neither time did I get a response. It seems like a decent company and the reviews are good here, but I was disappointed that they wouldn't bother to let people know that they went with someone else for the position. It doesn't take very much effort to at least send out a stock email letting people know they didn't get it.
