First was the typical phone screen with a recruiter with behavior questions like "tell me about a recent project" and explained why the company do and what the position is like. Then second interview with hiring manager, he was late and didn't mentioned anything about it, looks tired and not very engaging to the interview, it was 4pm so I understand he probably had a long day at work.
