Most difficult is the pay rate. The pay rate is really low especially in a factory setting. They are more than that per employee that they put in the work force from the company. They could pay a lot better. They pay should be the same as a full time employee for the same job if not worse. A lot of the full time employees put the crappy jobs on the temporaries because they don't want to do them.
