I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Advanced Medical in Feb 2014
Interview
My initial meeting was October 2013, with a follow-up meet in February 2014 with my now-supervisor. The official interview/offer was in March with a June start date. I had a short interview with the CFO, and then continued on with the Vice President of Sales and Recruiting Manager. They fully disclosed any detail I'd ask about the job- salary, commission rates, goals, and I was even able to listen in on a handful of phone calls made by current senior recruiters that day. I felt comfortable during the interview process and it was well organized.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Advanced Medical

Once a resume is submitted, you are contacted by the company recruiter for a pre screen interview. Once this goes well, the recruiter sets up a face to face interview on site to meet with tenured recruiters as well as a VP.

Question 1
Are you comfortable with making over 100 phone calls a day?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Advanced Medical
Interview
I was called in for an interview almost immediately after submitting my resume. As a recent college graduate, they liked my outgoing personality and drive. The interview process was relaxed and the company culture is more "business casual" in their clothes, atmosphere, etc. very relaxed with no overly controlling supervisors. You are free and expected to be self-sufficient. Ultimately making 100+ phone calls a day was not the right fit for myself, but many thrive with this company.
