Step 1: over phone interview to verify that applicant is an english speaker
Step 2: HR interview (pretty typical)
Step 3: Auto-CAD skills test
Step 4: Technical panel interview (usually discussing the skills test results and former experiences)
Step 5: Operations Manager interview (at this point expect a job offer to be sent)
Step 6: GM interview (might be a skype meeting or a phone call)

you get a phone call from HR office to set an appointment for your interview so you make HR interview at first then a Technical Interview asking some technical questions and you might have to make an autocad quiz and if you pass you get a third interview with HR Supervisor to determine whether you get hired or not.
