This company isn't well diversity here, if you are not white they will just tossed your application like its not important to them. Considering Affinity Plus will run a background check and a credit check before they submit you to a hiring manager. I find this extremely unprofessional. If you are going to work here, they have a high dramatic personality test game before they even consider you. They would ask nonsense that doesn't even make sense. Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, will only hire limited candidates with less experiences to be cheap company to work with. Candidates that have a strong banking background with the highest qualification are shut down with no specific reason. They only hired their people that are only white, if you are not white you will likely l get to the final round. Majority of their branches are just full house of white people and no other backgrounds.
