I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Affinity Solutions
Interview
The entire process was extremely unprofessional. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes. After that, I found out I would interview with 3-4 people, something that was not previously mentioned. Also, they were incredibly rude when asking questions and seemed very judgmental when I said that I wanted to ultimately do wealth management. The response I got after saying that was, "well what makes you want to work here? We don't do anything related to that."

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Affinity Solutions (New York, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
I got called as soon as I applied, they do two round interviews. Interviews are very basic. They make you fill out background check paperwork, and take forever to respond.
I interviewed with affinity two times and both times for the same position and didn't get it because I guess they go way to much in depth with the background check. And they never got back to me, I emailed them a few times but they are very unprofessional and don't tell people if they did not get the job!
