Phone interviews were great, but then there was a personality assessment and an aptitude test. Because I didn’t finish the test, I wasn’t considered to move on in the process, even after a couple of great interviews. It felt very impersonal and did not feel inclusive of those who may not thrive in test situations but thrive in real world problem solving.
They rescheduled once and forgot about the interview. I sent them an email and they scheduled another one. Asked general questions. Should have canceled once they stood me up in the first place.
