There wasn't really a process, just uploaded my space waited for approval and boom I was in the door. I will say there needs to be policies in place where the customer is held accountable.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Airbnb (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015
