I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Airbnb (Taipei) in May 2019
Interview
My experience is probably over-qualified for this entry level position, but I still decided to be open and speak with their HR . Their people are all very nice, and they are frank enough about what they are looking for and whether you can be a good fit or not. Their HR suggested me to look for other opportunities since I won't be happy with an entry level package. Also she was concerned whether they can match my current salary, so she asked about my salary in the beginning of the phone call, which made me a little uncomfortable. I did not answer.
Before speaking with the HR, I was able to reach out to some of the leaderships in their Singapore office to get some insider's views. I think it is always helpful if you do so.
