While this company touts that it values "belonging" and respect above all else, that apparently does not apply to candidates. The recruiter ghosted me after I had a virtual onsite. The process was call with recruiter, call with hiring manager, and then virtual onsite interview. I think companies owe candidates who make it to the onsite stage an email or call telling them that they are not moving forward.

Question 1
Situational questions - tell me about a time when you had to deal with conflict with a stakeholder.
I went through 3 interviews and 1 written test. Initially, I was told that I would meet with the hiring manager's manager, but this was suddenly cancelled, and a few weeks later, the internal recruiter informed me that they had hired another candidate. This was quite disappointing, given the hours of preparation that I had put in, but it is a tough market for candidates right now.
The interview was a relaxed and positive conversation, creating the impression it went well. However, it ultimately led to a rejection without any feedback or explanation, leaving the outcome unclear.
