Interview
I recently had a video call interview for an interesting position with Airbnb in line with my current role. The declared goal of the call was to clarify the job's peculiarities, recruitment process and sharing an overall view of my profile. Unfortunately, I had some difficulties communicating in a professional way with the recruiter who had no clue at all of what was written on my CV and had to answer her phone 3 times and opening the door for some kind of delivering twice. interrupting my answers. I was not offered any position and I only can blame the recruiter for that.

Interview
I applied once in 2023 for the Safety Specialist position and managed to get through to the screening interview, but honestly, the hiring manager gave off some weird vibes. After that, I waited a year and tried applying again a few more times, but unfortunately, I got rejected as the recruiter didn’t even shortlist me the subsequent times, and I’m not really sure why it just feels a bit strange.
it was a generally normal and enjoyable process but each step takes a long time and little to no feedback if any is provided if one does not pass the values stage, Overall the interviewers were professional and questions were solid but the process took over 6 weeks and no feedback is provided. Candidates may be invited to reapply for the same position if it is reposted but upon reapplying they do not respond at all.
