I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Airbnb (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Sep 2022
Interview
Comprised of 7 rounds. 1 Hacker rank test, 1 Take home case study, 2 technical interviews virtual, 1 interview each with India Head and Business Head Global and 2 interviews for value. The process is very lengthy and tedious spanning over a month.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Hacker rank test and take home case study is difficult. But all interviews are easy. General questions on A/B Testing, SQL, Python, Tableau, etc. were asked.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Airbnb (New Delhi) in Oct 2022
Interview
The hiring manager doesn't think I'll be a goot fit because my profile is more inclined towards Data Science and not much with Analytics which is not true. I work on Advance Analytics stuff and if I was not a great fit for Senior Business Analyst position, this communication should have been made initially or rather my profile should not have been selected in the first place.
I'm well equipped with SQL, Python and Pyspark skills and also have relevant experience on multiple ML projects and A/B testing projects.
Sheer waste of time is what I have experienced throughout this tedious, lengthy and insignificant hiring process.
Unnecessary hiring rounds with so many folks, case studies, coding challenges huhhh! Who has got that much time, huh?
Kindly respect the candidates's time and review the resume properly before starting the recruitment process.
