Interview
The interview process was 3 rounds and 5 interviews in total. During this, I talked to about 6 attorneys. The recruiters were very responsive and kind. The process is very organized.

What does "belonging" in the workplace look like to you?
I went through 3 interviews and 1 written test. Initially, I was told that I would meet with the hiring manager's manager, but this was suddenly cancelled, and a few weeks later, the internal recruiter informed me that they had hired another candidate. This was quite disappointing, given the hours of preparation that I had put in, but it is a tough market for candidates right now.
The interview was a relaxed and positive conversation, creating the impression it went well. However, it ultimately led to a rejection without any feedback or explanation, leaving the outcome unclear.
