Phone screen with a recruiter who had terrible English comprehension. Didn’t listen to my answers, kept asking questions I’d already answered, off a list of templated interview questions. Didn’t hear anything back but an automated email over a month later to say my skills don’t align. I honestly can’t imagine how my skills and experience could be more well aligned to this position. I didn’t follow up because I didn’t want to proceed with this company based on this interview. They treat people like cattle and don’t respect your time.
