I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Airrosti in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was very lengthy and thorough. I think perceptions of the interview process is probably all across the board for interviewing docs, depending on how much practice and business experience one may or may not have. I had been in business long enough and knew enough about Airrosti to know that had they not had the intensive interviewing process for potential new docs working for them , I would have had more concerns about who I was going to be working with if I was hired. Interview processes go both ways, in that you should be feeling out the company you may be working for, just as much as they are you. Leaving private practice for any practicing doc is a big risk. It is also potentially a large risk for any company to bring in a new doc. While it may sound odd, I appreciated the intensive and lengthy process, as it gave me the opportunity to know more about the company I was going to be joining. And when I was offered the position, I was 100% sure it was the right choice. This is a great company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What didn't they ask me is a much better question. Be prepared to go into every detail of your work history, philosophy of practice, the things you think are important regarding healthcare, why you want to work with Airrosti, and more. Don't be intimidated, just be prepared and patient.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Airrosti (San Antonio, TX) in Oct 2019

Several phone interviews (I had three) followed by an in person interview at the company headquarters. This interview consisted of 4 or 5 interviews with two interviewers followed by a clinical practical and a 5 minute presentation.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Airrosti (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview process is lengthy and thorough in order to select the right people for the job. This includes 2 phone interviews, 1-2 video calls, and 1 in person interview that involves multiple interviews, clinical practical, and a presentation. When going well, the interviews are more fun and friendly conversations, rather than just the traditional asking and answering generic questions. Come prepared with questions and research, as they expect you to interview them as much as they interview you.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Airrosti (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
My interview process consisted of 2 phone interviews and 2 Zoom interviews. Once I made it through those, they flew me down to their headquarters in San Antonio, Texas for Discovery Day. This is a full day of interviews with various people in the company, including the CEO. In addition to the interviews, I made a short PowerPoint presentation and then performed a short practical exam.
