The 2nd round, which you are referring to, includes a short assignment that is meant to help our Digital Marketing Team determine the candidate's ability to perform the job responsibilities at a high level. There is no need for them to run through your resume again, as this already occurred in the 1st round, and feedback was provided to them by the Talent Acquisition Partner. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the assignment; however, it will ultimately help us select the best candidate for the role.
