Was invited for an interview with the hiring manager and asked to provide availability for next steps, never heard back. Poor form and ghosting. Experience went from really great to really poor.

4 stages wrapped up in about 3-4 weeks end to end (would have been quicker but had commitments on my side). Straightforward process and negotiations. Definitely one of the better processes I went through, everyone was on the ball and tried to cater to my timelines despite them accelerating mid-process and being pretty short to begin with. First call with internal recruiter (30 mins). Two way exploratory convo for you to walk through your background and also to learn more about Aiven. Second call with hiring manager (30 mins): More of a deep dive than first call into your background and track record. Third call with a rep in region (30 mins): Deeper dive into sales process, track record, character. Final stage with team lead and hiring manager (60 mins): Walk through a deck of your approach to prospecting, account research, Aiven value prop etc.

The process consists of three or four processes: screening with HR, conversation with the team leader, preparing a presentation and giving the presentation to the team. People are amiable and always open to answering questions even after the meetings.
