AkzoNobel Capacity Planner interview questions

I was initially interviewed for the capacity planning position and it felt like it was a great first interview, what the person stressed during the interview was that they would follow up ASAP not matter what the decision. I talked to someone in HR and was told that I would interview with the incoming manager and that was it. Reached out and no response, just ghosted.
