Applied through referral in Strongsville OH. The whole process took 3 weeks. First round was a phone screening with HR. Second round was a 45-min zoom meeting with the hiring manager and one of her teammates. Last round was a 2-hour onsite interview with the hiring manager and two senior team managers.

First round: 2h of interview on site with scientists, HR and department manager. Second round, 2 weeks later: 2h interview again with same people and marketing manager + visit of the lab + lunch. Very nice atmosphere.
