Basic interview process: phone screen with HR, phone screen with hiring manager. Then I was flown to the Chicago office to interview f2f with two managers for one hour. I was asked standard behavioral questions, nothing tricky or technical. Everyone was amiable, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The timeline from initial interview to offer was~ 2 months and the recruiter kept in touch through all steps, even scheduling a discussion post-f2f to let me know Akzo still had interest. A very good experience. The offer package was very competitive, but not enticing enough for me to relocate from California. Maybe one day!
