I applied online. I interviewed at AkzoNobel (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
After applying I was invited to a virtual interview. To my surprise the interviewer did not turn their screen on for the interview. Nevertheless I pressed on and I presented my story and answered all questions asked just to find out that the position was already filled. I later found out that this position was just being published for the sake of policy. Instead of interviewing for a position that was never available an email saying the position was filled would have been preferred.
