The inverview process was in 2 steps, one was with CI Supply Planning Specialist and Planning Process Manager and the second one with COE Manager. The first interview was more on the technical part of the job while the second one focused more on the soft skills

It was a Team Viewer meeting and it went relatively well. The Department Manager attended the interview as well as the Talent Manager. There was an introduction to what the most challenging aspect of the job was, along with asking questions about my previous roles etc.
