Alcatel-Lucent Software Developer interview questions

Offered an interview by employment agency. First it was a group interview with team leader and two developers. Checked my CV and had a talk about past experience. Then I was asked to solve two or three logical tasks (i.e. rope burning from both ends, bacteria increase rate in a retort). After that interview continued 1:1 with a team leader. Started from advanced C++ test about 30 questions, then talked a bit about programming tips and tricks I used in the past. Then I was told about duties and responsibilities, team leader described the product line. After that they took a break and a second interview after a few days was with site manager (nothing special, only a few general questions about past experience and inprovement/practices I can bring to the team) and then with HR generalist concerning mostly job start time, needed papers, etc. I have no information that background check was performed, so I assume probably not. But sure it varies from country to country.
