The entire process took about FOUR MONTHS due to frequent no-shows or late arrivals by the hiring manager, as well as last-minute rescheduling. I was verbally promised an offer letter but then completely ghosted. Despite multiple follow-up emails to HR and the hiring manager, I received no response. It feels like they don't value candidates, their time, or their efforts. The recruitment process was aggressive and disrespectful. Good luck with your recruitment process!
