Cons

working under-resourced while expectations continue to grow. Dishonest leader, politics and mindgames. inconsistent guidance. Getting pushed in deep waters with no help.

Minimal, they just IT staff hire and deploy at UOB except for the designers they have in house

Cons

Very dishonest. They have incapable people at higher positions. They have ruined lot of capable peoples careers and lifes all together.
