Aleph Labs UX Researcher interview questions

2 stage interview. 1st with design manager, 2nd with the CEO. interview with design manager went well, was very keen to take me in. interview with CEO and absolute MESS. HR kept changing the timing and venue from online to offline to online again, only for the CEO to have overrun his schedule by an hour and take it from the office. spent first part of interview making small talk when he was already late. clearly didn't enjoy the interview and I didn't pass it in the end. honestly a good thing.
