I would caution others before interviewing here. I had a video interview for "Office Team Manager (supply chain)" that was, unfortunately, the most unprofessional experience I have had to date. While the call started fine, the tone shifted quickly into a dismissive and patronizing environment.
When I was answering a situational question regarding supply chain conflict resolution, the interviewer frequently interrupted me—at one point cutting me off only a few words into a sentence. Rather than providing clarity or guiding the conversation, she showed visible frustration by rolling her eyes and letting out audible, heavy sighs. It felt as though she had a very specific answer in mind but was unable or unwilling to articulate what she was looking for.
Instead of professional guidance, I was met with a condescending attitude and spoken to as if I were ignorant. An interview should be a two-way street of mutual respect, but this felt hostile. If the hiring process is this disrespectful, I can only imagine what the daily work culture is like. I cannot recommend this company if this behavior is reflective of their leadership and the people representing their brand.
