Following a mandatory behavioral test, they call games, your application is finally submitted. These games take 30-60 minutes and make no sense when playing. I was then contacted by one of their recruiters and did a 30 minute call. This was followed by a 30 minute teams interview with the hiring manager. Then on to a 1 hour in person interview with the head of accounting and a member of the hr team. This lead to a 30 minute terms meeting with a fellow team member. So, 4 rounds with a goofy test to get told, thank you but we went with another candidate. I traveled 6.5 hours for the in person.
