Various steps, covering all work-related aspects. At first we went through my background, then the skills required for the position. I was asked to fill in some personality tests and we commented together during the interview. Finally, some technical test to assess my knowledge.

Straightforward 3 rounds of interviews, nothing surprising came up. Doing basic prep before hand prepared me well enough and I'm experienced in the industry so overall it went as expected.
Two step interview process. Asked thorough questions. Quick responses. However, based on my experience and two others' they were only interested in people that would bring in a clientele/ business connections.
