the 1st round was a group interview of around 6 interviewees+3 interviewers. 1. a 1 min self introduction on stage in turn. 2. everyone take turn to role play the salesperson and the customer, demonstrate how you approach and try to build a connection. 3. They divide everyone into 2 groups to discuss and make a presentation in the end (don't remember the topic). They value the leadership, if you remember everyone else' name, if you keep track of time, teamwork, etc. and in the end, i think there was a voting for the most contributed member on your team(that's where you should be able to call their name, instead of pointing and saying 'she is the ...'
