Alight Solutions Customer Care Representative interview questions

Alight's interview process is fairly simple/easy. If I remember correctly there was a questionnaire portion that had to be submitted first as like a first round interview. Then, if selected, you schedule the video interview. The HR rep that interviewed me was really nice, very relaxed.

By far the easiest process ever. I didn't even have an actual interview and was hired. I just had to answer a questionnaire about working from home and I was hired.
