The interview process occurred over several months. It began with a general interview to discuss the CV, followed by a fit interview with an immediate superior, followed by a modelling assessment, a logic assessment, two psych assessments, and a one on one with a corporate psychologist. When you pass everything, HR calls you back with compensation expectations. I am in a similar role at a similar firm that plays in a lower market cap space, the compensation offered for the role was lower than my comp at my current firm. Overall it took four months to complete the interview process, was a large investment of time (they won't interview you on weekends), all to be met with a below market compensation range.
