A lot of steps with no promises! Good interview questions. They work hard to make sure everyone on the team likes you. Make sure you know allegiant data and competitors strategy! Spend time and do your industry based research. Prove to them that you can think like an analyst. Real work experience is valued, and it seems that skills in relationship management is important. Also come prepared with tons of questions. I had over an hour of questions prepared and I used all of them. Be inquisitive but know your stuff!
They first asked for a phone screen interview. After passing that, you do a Teams interview with some team members. Unfortunately, I do not know the rest of the process.
