So the interview process first starts off with a email after the video interview saying you have an interview@ this location and this@ time and You can choose morning or afternoon interview. Once there, expect to be placed in group interviews, which then gets split into 2 groups. One group gets interviewed first, and the 2nd group waits 30-40 mins till they finish. You will know if you get job the same day.
Also! I noticed If you're Group 1, you're in luck! Unless it was pure coincidence, almost everyone stayed from grouped 1 to get the 2nd interview, and almost everyone from the 2nd group barely got picked.

There are cards laying on the floor labeled 1 and 2 which has a paragraph about something related to Alleigant airlines, and they ask you to read a few sentences from the 2 paragraph and wants to know how this relates to you.
My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.

Interview consisted of a group information session about the job, pay, ect. After that we were spilt into smaller groups and we answered a question, recited the announcement they gave up to memorize prior to the interview, and then we completed a group activity. After that those who got to the 1-on-1 interview stage sat in the jumpseat to make sure we could buckle in, and then interviewed with one of the recruiters.
